Classes are in 4 week sessions. There are 4 sessions available and you can take them in any order you like. Click the links for more info on each session.

I make an effort to schedule a variety of class times to accommodate nap/work schedules. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please e-mail me and ask! I would be happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. There is no extra charge to pick your own time, I only ask that you have a friend sign up with you. Thats it!

Location

Classes are held at Healing Hour, 12555 SW 1st St, Beaverton, OR 97005. It is right down the street from the Beaverton Library.
